Peachy Canyon Winery is inviting all educators to visit their Tasting Room during the months of January and February to enjoy a free wine tasting and a 10% discount off of their purchases.
Teachers and the education community have been hit as hard as any other group during the past 2 years of the COVID-19 Pandemic. Peachy Canyon Winery has looked with awe and appreciation at the personal and professional sacrifices that educators have withstood.
“Coming back from winter break, all of the parents at Peachy Canyon have a renewed appreciation for the work that teachers do,” Winemaker Drew Phillips, said. “Because it took us all a little bit of wine to make it through the holidays with full houses and non-stop excitement, it dawned on us that with schools going right back into session, teachers may need a little extra love.”
Phillips’ fiancée is a school teacher here in Paso Robles and has experienced the sacrifices and hard-work second-hand.
Peachy Canyon Winery is currently offering flight-style tastings everyday, starting at 10am with the last seating at 4pm. Their menu changes monthly, featuring their coveted Zinfandels, Rhone and Bordeaux-style wines. Bottle prices range from $32 to $55.
Peachy Canyon Winery is open both inside the tasting room and on their beautiful ‘tasting lawn’ below the century oaks. They have a newly-renovated, heated and covered patio for guests to keep warm outside. Reservations are not required, but recommended.
